Overview

The Dandelion Philosophy values the contribution of volunteers and provides opportunities for meaningful engagement. This policy ensures that volunteers are treated with respect and provided with a positive and fulfilling experience.

All volunteers will undergo orientation, and training before being introduced to their team members in line with The Dandelion Philosophy’s onboarding process.

3. Recognize and appreciate the valuable contributions of volunteers.

Clearly Defined Roles and Expectations:

Training, Supervision, and Support:
